Noice does not allow the use of Noice for criminal activities, including but not limited to assault, battery, murder, rape, theft, assault, human exploitation, counterfeiting currency and other harmful behavior that is punishable by law and often results in prison sentences in most countries around the world. We also remove any content that promotes or facilitates such activities.

This includes:

• Services to cause physical harm to others, including kidnapping or assault
• offers to conduct vandalism or damage to property in exchange for money or consideration
• Engaging in activities that constitute human exploitation, including human smuggling, indentured labor, domestic servitude and human trafficking

Noice does not allow the use of Noice for the sale of any illegal, regulated or controlled substances, including products containing THC or nicotine. This also extends to any products that are used for consuming them, growing them, or manufacturing them.

While we may occasionally facilitate the sale of certain physical goods like t-shirts and other streamer merchandise, Noice is not an open marketplace for physical goods or services.

Noice does not allow the sale of goods or services on the platform that have a potential to cause physical, psychological, financial or emotional harm to others.

This includes:

• Any real weapons, including cutting or piercing implements, explosives, or firearms, as well as including any instructions for their manufacture
• Sexual services
• Counterfeit goods
• Mail order spouses
• Arranged marriages and matchmaking services
• Animals of any sort, including endangered species
• Financial services
• Gambling,sports betting, poker, lotteries, gambling-related software and apps, or other gambling services, excluding fantasy sports

Noice does not allow the sale of goods or services on the platform that rely on manipulation or deceit in their operation, compensation or outcome.

This includes:

• Multi-level marketing, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes
• Phishing or phishing services, including technical support scams
• Services for malicious hacking, phishing providing instructions on how to do it, in ways that compromise personal data or cause serious harm to others
• Spam generation services
• Includes selling/instructing/demonstrating how to bypass payment for digital content or services: Showing viewers how to use apps, websites, or other information technology to gain unauthorized access to audio content, audiovisual content, full video games, software, or streaming services that normally require payment.
• Instructional theft
• Instructional cheating, including dishonest behavior such as cheating on examinations

Noice does not allow content or activity involving the consumption of illegal substances and regulated drugs on screen, nor do we allow any content or activity that provides instructions on how to consume them or manufacture them. We also do not allow the display of minors consuming legal substances that they cannot legally purchase themselves, or content that promotes their use by minors.

This includes:

• Display or use of any illegal and regulated substances
• Display of any minors using alcohol or vaping products
• Display of dangerous or excessive consumption of alcohol or other substances in a way that leaves someone unable to respond or function

We make an exception for display of use of nicotine (including use of vaping devices), legally obtained THC or alcohol as long as all people on screen are of legal age, in a jurisdiction where this behavior is legal, and the content is properly labeled as being only for users 18+.

Noice is not a platform for displaying reckless behavior. Showing content that could result in severe harm if a viewer reproduces that behavior is not allowed on Noice.

This includes:

• Reckless behavior, taken without appropriate safety precautions, that can result in serious harm to someone attempting to reproduce it
• Dangerous challenges that carry a risk of serious physical injury
• Dangerous or unsafe handling of cutting or piercing weapons such as knives, daggers, or blunt implements
• Reckless pranks that can lead victims to fear serious physical danger or distress
• Instructions or display of ways of creating serious physical harm or death in others

Noice does not allow the display of real firearms or explosives. This extends to realistic physical replicas of firearms or explosives. We also do not allow content that explains how to manufacture real firearms, explosives, or weapons of any kind. This extends to any explanations that are presented as in-game explanations but constitute real-world explanations.
